The Amazingness project is the main focus of my personal work. It is about nature in the urban environment, about connecting with the very commonplace, yet thoroughly delightful, natural wonders of an urban concrete jungle, and exploring the complex and subtle interaction between them.
Using photography as my main means of communication, focussing on the colours, shapes, patterns, textures, and movement of nature interacting with the man-made, the little details of life existing, living, growing, decaying, being... I aim to encourage people to keep looking and keep discovering.
Every day the sky is different, plants grow, shadows appear and disappear, rain drops splash, puddles dry up, leaves tumble in the wind, colours change with the changing light... there is always something new to enjoy.
